Joelle has supported luxury brands her entire career and is a proven leader in customer service. Her personal commitment to clients and genuine passion for helping others makes her the perfect advocate for both buyers and sellers, she is discreet, loyal and calm in any situation. On the operational side, Joelle oversees the day-to-day management of our team’s transactions, working on the creative campaigns we produce for each of our property listings and communicating with our local and global network of co-brokers. Isabelle Hogan

Originally from France, Isabelle has been living in New York for the past 26 years. Prior to a career in real estate, she devoted her professional life to concierge services including the noteworthy Clef D’Or position of Chief Concierge at The Mark Hotel, where Isabelle honed the art of making the impossible possible, proactively transforming challenging situations into enlightening experiences for her clients, and earning numerous awards for her performance as well as international recognition from colleagues and clients alike.

Nicole is a dynamic real estate professional specializing in townhouses, cooperatives and condominiums with a track record of top performance. A member of the Real Estate Board of New York and fluent in Spanish, Nicole began her professional career at UBS Investment Bank and was Manager of In-Store Communications and Customer Experience at Barneys New York for 6 years, servicing an elite clientele. While working in luxe retail, Nicole refined her communication skills and was lauded for her warmth and positive approach.

Growing up in a real estate investment and development family that divided its time between Europe and the United States, William’s real estate education began at an early age, and had a significant impact on his professional and technical approach to the industry.
